On-site survey

An FAE visits your workshop to measure the mechanics, check motors and the electrical cabinet, and list parts to keep or replace.

Proposal & quote

A detailed BOM-based quote, proposed wiring diagram, rollout schedule, and expected machine downtime.

Day 4–8

Preparation & programming

Prepare the controller, write custom firmware for your machine, and build the cabinet at the QS workshop — your machine keeps running.

Day 9–11

On-site installation

Remove the old controller, install QS, wire it up, test the axes, and calibrate. 2 engineers stay on-site until it's done.

Day 12–14

Training & acceptance

Train the operators, run 12 real parts, and accept against the QS checklist. Handover with a 24-month warranty.
