What is a DNC device?

A DNC device lets the machine operator quickly transfer machining programs (G-code programs) into a CNC machine through the RS232 communication port.

With a compact footprint and time-saving features — transferring data and programs over long distances via Wi-Fi, checking a program's profile with the toolpath simulation function, and editing machining programs directly on the device — the Micro DNC 2D is widely used in part machining (milling/turning), mold making, CNC wire cutting, CNC punching, CNC stamping, and more.

In addition, the operator can monitor and track the device's operation over Wi-Fi with the "QS Explorer" software.
