The QS servo drive series is a cost-effective servo system (motor and drive) that suits a very wide range of industrial equipment.

Notch filter (auto-notch filter)

  • When mechanical resonance is detected, the notch filter is set automatically.
  • With the automatic notch filter switched on the drive keeps detecting, so it also copes with a resonance frequency that varies over time.

Mechanical vibration suppression

  • The newly designed vibration suppression control function is standard and maximizes the suppression of machine vibration.
  • It solves the vibration of a low-rigidity machine at the front of a robot arm and keeps the machine running stably.

New auto-tuning function

  • The newly designed auto-tuning function greatly improves the QS servo drive's self-adaptive performance. Even a machine with low rigidity is tuned to the most appropriate setting.

Previously, when rigidity was low the machine tended to resonate, so responsiveness could not be improved. The QS servo drive's new auto-tuning function makes resonance far less likely even on a low-rigidity machine, which raises responsiveness and strengthens resistance to impact loads.

Script function

  • The built-in script function can replace the PLC and other upper computers to realize the logic programming function, which greatly improves the flexibility of the servo application.
  • The script is programmed with the supporting host computer software, and the instructions are simple and easy to use.
