The I/O Link 32_V1_10722 expansion board increases the number of inputs and outputs available to a CNC controller. With 32 input ports, 32 output ports and 4 COM ports per signal group, it connects flexibly to sensors, switches, relays, solenoid valves and many other peripheral devices.
A compact design running on a 24–28 VDC supply lets the board fit easily inside the electrical cabinet of a CNC machine. The inputs take signals from sensors, limit switches, push buttons and device status contacts. The outputs drive interposing relays, solenoid valves, indicator lamps, warning buzzers and many other peripheral actuators in the machine.
